SILVANO STORER – CAREER
From the Treviso area, Silvano has held leading roles in key companies belonging to different sectors.
He began his career as General Manager at Chiari & Forti, a historic Venetian company, later acquired by Chicago-based Quaker Oats.
He went on to work with various companies over the years in the field of Italian clothing and fashion, including Stefanel as General Manager and member of the Board of Directors, Benetton (Sportsystem sector), and Marzotto, as CEO.
During the latter's acquisition (by Valentino), Storer left Marzotto and started a partnership with L Capital Management, a fund of the French group LVMH, with which he has developed several operations, always taking up positions of Executive Chairman or CEO.
"This is a new challenge that I am greatly looking forward to" says Silvano Storer. "Colorificio San Marco is a company which has proved in recent years to have an intelligent expansion strategy both in Italy and abroad, and which leverages quality and innovation as its strengths. It is a prime example of Italian excellence".
